Pervy principal busted in Kentucky

A Louisville educator has been busted for watching and making play-by-play commentary on two teen students caught having sex on a school surveillance camera. The teens were taped in a lunch room.
Principal Dave Wilson from the Louisville Male High School took the footage and summoned several co-workers to his office. When they arrived to his office, the room was dim with five chairs facing a large white screen. A projector played a 10 minute video of the teens having intercourse from the prior afternoon.
According to one witness of this event, Wilson made comments throughout the video, which included, “Hey, baby, why don’t you come over here and grab my pencil,” and “It won’t take me long. I am like the minute man.”
During the clip, the female 11th grade student was on the boy’s lap. At this point in the footage, Wilson slowed down tape and said that the group could watch it in slow motion or he could speed up the clip and “make him go even faster.”
At the end of the video, Wilson is seen approaching the students. According to the witness, the principal had previously viewed the tape with others in real-time.
In a September 29 letter, Wilson announced his retirement. He was able to retire by using up his remaining vacation and personal days.
This story is a perfect example of why surveillance cameras have no business on school campuses. Although the case can be made that the cameras are there to “protect” the students, they can also be used to violate them, which was clearly the situation in this story.
If school officials feel that it is absolutely necessary to place cameras on their campuses, they should make it clear and evident to students that the surveillance exists, and let them know where the videos are.
Wilson also needs to be arrested for watching and distributing child pornography. It amazes me that the man was able to retire from his career and was never caught for being the pervert the he is.
